The quota resets at the start of every calendar month (UTC) — that's also when the free plan's monthly poll refills. Only polls that receive votes count against quota; the meter goes back to zero on the 1st with nothing to click.
Yes. As recipients vote, results update live in your Polls for Gmail dashboard. You can close a poll at any time to lock in the final results.
Yes — vote reminders are a Pro feature with three modes: a one-click Remind non-voters button on every poll card, an automatic reminder 1–7 days after you send a poll (set once in Settings), and a scheduled per-poll reminder for an exact date and time. Reminders only go to people who haven't voted, each person gets at most one reminder per poll, and voters are never re-emailed.
When you insert a poll, the add-on puts a capture address (poll-<id>@pollsforgmail.com) in BCC so vote reminders know who the email went to. Gmail only lets add-ons set a draft's BCC field, not append to it — so any BCC addresses you typed before inserting are replaced. The fix is order: insert the poll first, then add your own BCC addresses. Anything you add after inserting is kept, alongside the capture address.
