Watch it work
Every poll card in your dashboard has a Remind non-voters button. It opens prefilled with the captured recipients — review the list and send.
Flip on Auto-remind non-voters in Settings and pick a delay — 1, 2, 3, 5, or 7 days. Every poll you create afterwards follows up by itself.
On any poll card, choose Schedule a reminder and set a date and time up to 60 days out — say, the morning before your deadline.
Under the hood
Inserting a poll adds a BCC capture address — poll-<id>@pollsforgmail.com — to your draft. When you hit send, that copy records who the email went to, from the headers only. The body of your email is never stored.
Using your own BCCs too? Gmail only lets add-ons set the BCC field, not add to it — so insert the poll first, then type your own BCC addresses. Anything added after inserting is kept, alongside the capture address.
Deleting the BCC opts out. The poll still works — it just won't know who to remind. For polls shared by link (no captured list), use the manual button and paste addresses.
Guardrails
Only non-voters are emailed. Anyone who already voted is skipped automatically — they never see a reminder.
One reminder per person, per poll. Whichever mode you use, each recipient gets at most one nudge. Ever.
One friendly email. A single message with a button back to the vote — and if your poll has a deadline, it's shown right in the email. Replies go to you.
