Why it works

Built for small teams and busy volunteers

No new platform to roll out, no accounts for anyone to create.

No logins for voters

Board members, volunteers and donors use every email provider under the sun. They click a button in the email and they’re done.

Reminders do the chasing

On Pro, the people who haven’t voted get a reminder automatically. No more following up one by one.

Lives inside your email

The board update or volunteer newsletter you already send becomes the place decisions get made.

Anonymous or named, per poll

Keep sensitive feedback anonymous, or turn on voter identification when you need a record of who voted.

FAQ

Nonprofit questions

Is there a nonprofit discount?

Yes. Staff and volunteers at registered nonprofits and charities get 20% off Pro, every year you renew: $96 a year instead of $120. Go to pollsforgmail.com/nonprofit/pro, or enter code NONPROFIT20 at checkout, and confirm you work or volunteer for a nonprofit.

Do we need to prove 501(c)(3) status?

No paperwork. It’s an honor system: tick the box at checkout confirming you work or volunteer for a registered nonprofit or charity. Charities outside the US qualify too.

Do volunteers or members need an account to vote?

No. Voters click a button inside the email. There’s no Google login, no app and no sign-up, so it works for volunteers on any email provider and any device.

Can we use it for board votes?

Yes, for the everyday decisions: picking a meeting date, choosing between options, gauging support before a motion. Turn on voter identification to see who voted for what. For formal votes your bylaws govern, check what they require first.

Can we get an invoice or receipt for our records?

Every payment comes with a Stripe receipt. For an invoice or a W-9, email [email protected].
