Three polls a real estate agent sends every month

Concrete patterns that work with buyers, sellers, and your own internal team.

Poll
Which showing time works for your family?
Tuesday 5:30pm
Wednesday 7:00pm
Saturday 11:00am
Sunday 2:00pm
When to send: Right after a buyer signals interest. Replaces 4-message back-and-forth.
Poll
Which two listings should we tour next?
1247 Elm Ave — $625k, 3bd
88 Birch Rd — $590k, 4bd
412 Cedar Ln — $640k, 3bd
17 Sunset Ct — $599k, 3bd
When to send: After a weekly listing email. Both partners on the email can vote independently.
Poll
Rank these neighborhoods for our search
Riverside — best schools
Northgate — closer commute
Old Town — walkability
Hilltop — newer builds
When to send: Pre-search alignment. Saves an hour-long discovery call.

Why it works

Built for buyer-friendly speed

Real estate clients are time-poor and app-fatigued. Polls for Gmail meets them where they already are.

🚪

No app, no login

Buyers vote with a click. No "create an account to view your tour options" friction.

📨

Drop into any newsletter

Your weekly listing email becomes interactive. Recipients answer without leaving their inbox.

👥

Both partners vote independently

Send to a buyer couple — each clicks their own preference. You see both signals in your dashboard.

🔒

Private results

Voters see only their own pick. Only you see the full tally. Keeps client info contained.

FAQ

Real estate-specific questions

How is this different from sending a Calendly link?

Calendly is great for one-on-one scheduling. Polls for Gmail is better when you want a group to weigh in — picking the best of three showing times across a buyer couple, or shortlisting two properties from a list of five — without anyone leaving the email.

Do clients see other clients' votes?

No. Voters see only the option they picked and a thank-you. Only you, the sender, see the full results in your dashboard. That keeps client privacy intact when polling multiple buyers at once.

Can I embed polls in MLS-style listing updates?

Yes. Compose a regular Gmail email, drop in the poll using the add-on, and send to your buyer list. The poll renders inline in every recipient's inbox — no separate landing page or login.

Does this work with my buyer's preferred email — not just Gmail?

Yes. You create the poll from your Gmail compose window, but recipients can vote from any email client — Outlook, Apple Mail, mobile, etc. The vote button is a plain HTML link that works everywhere.
