Sign in at pollsforgmail.com/dashboard and click Settings in the top bar.
Scroll to the Zapier row and click Show API key. Every plan has one, the free plan included.
Click Copy. Your key starts with pfg_. Keep it private, and use Regenerate if you ever need to cut off old connections.

Yes, the same way as any other poll, and only once a poll gets its first vote. The free plan includes 3 starter polls and then 1 poll a month, Standard includes 5 voted polls a month, and Pro is unlimited. To protect your account from runaway loops, Zapier can create up to 200 polls a day.
No. Votes are never capped on any plan. Every vote is recorded and every vote fires the New Vote trigger.
Your API key is a private code that starts with pfg_ and connects Zapier to your account only. Find it in your dashboard under Settings, then Zapier, then Show API key. If you ever regenerate it, anything using the old key disconnects right away.
Votes are recorded instantly. Zapier checks for new ones every 1 to 15 minutes, depending on your Zapier plan.
